The funds are raised, non-refundable airline tickets are non transferable purchased, hotel reservations are made, but all exploded when it comes to experience the military cut of MWR (Morale / Welfare / Leisure) of the budget of 9 million million. The Army provided our ground transportation, and now there is no funding available. We need to raise $ 14,200 by October 3.We wrote grants and raised the rest of the funding, but there is little time to do that kind of money. It will cost us 450 euros per day to 22 days. At current exchange rate is $ 14 280.
